Which course will be best BSc in psychology or BA in psychology? And what colleges or university will be best?

I am a 12th pass out with 84.6%. I wish to pursue my career in psychology. But when I search about it I find two tracks i.e. BSc and BA. Which one will be best? And which college or university will be best?
