Which course will be better among normal BE and BE (Honors) in CSE from Chandigarh University in terms of placement and faculty?

BR (honors) would be a better option than normal BE because BE (honors) is considered higher in qualification than BE and attaining a honors degree itself means that the student ability and skills and intelligence. Companies coming for placements will give more preference to honors students.
