Which course will be good for my resume along with my B.Tech? I had dropped a year.

Just forget of a drop of an year. if your results are still above average. otherwise join some progressive company, gain experience. you may also take up special courses as related to industry of your choice. Many short term courses are available to grab and make you to excel.

I think experience is the most important because our academic knowledge & industrial knowledge are completely different. So, just forget the drop year because it's not an obstacle.
