If you can afford time for fulltime MBA in HR, nothing can be better than that. If you can afford time an Executive MBA with your past 10 years experience can also do some magic and can definitely add glamour to your career. After all in BPO or in IT sector or in Public relation based jobs H.R skills are required every now an then. When you will do MBA you will have to learn other areas like Marketing, Finance, Operations too. So, your knowledge and skill wil definitely increase which must help you in your career immediately. Go ahead with either option which suits your condition. All the Best.

If you are working and have no time for a full time course opt for Executive MBA. But if you are a non-working graduate, it is best to pursue a fulltime MBA or PDBM from a reputed institute since it will fetch you high paying jobs.
