With CSE or ECE, you have the opportunity to work in top companies like Google. Microsoft, Honeywell, IBM Research etc.
After CSE you have the chance of working as a software developer and develop your own software, your own applications (apps), your own games etc.
After ECE, you have the chance of developing Electronic devices, writing on-chip programs, writing programs within integrated circuits etc.

Depends wholly on your interest and dedication. If you are interested in coding and software building CSE will be best for you and great salary packages may line up for you.
If you are more into technical stuffs ECE will be best but knowledge of coding will also be fruitful in this case, all the best.
