The choice between MS or MBA depends on your skill, whether you want to go in a technical field or wants to run your own business. it's you, who have to decide that what your capabilities are? If you want to do a technical job, I prefer you to opt MS, but if you want to do your own business or any marketing business, I suggest you to prefer MBA. But, nowadays scenario in India has also changed. After completing B.Tech, students generally chooses MBA for their future. So, it is better to opt MBA according to me, but it depends on your skills and your choice.

Looking towards the current scenario, we suggest you to go for MBA along with specialised certificate or Diploma course in power management & related subject.

Choice between MS, MBA and Techno Management depends on your skills and personal preferences. If you are technical oriented person it is suggested that you go for MS however if you are interested in running own or others business go for MBA.
If you want to grow as Techno Manager, my suggestion will be to take a technical job and progress from technical roles to techno management role. All major industries still prefer Techno Managers who have moved up in career on the job.
