Which course would be better among M.Tech, MCA and MBA after completing B.Tech in IT?

    MCA is an equivalent degree to B.Tech IT. You will not gain any benefits by doing MCA after B.Tech IT. Therefore, you have only two choices in front of you for higher education i.e. either M.Tech or MBA.
    B.Tech IT is a sufficient qualification to start your IT career as Developer or tester. M.Tech will make you a specialist in chosen field and you can make a career as a high-end technologist. You may seek admission in M.Tech if you are a good programmer and technically inclined and want to grow as an architect and CTO etc. If you not very good at programming then you can choose MBA to become generalist and change stream.     Among the three courses mentioned, I recommend either MBA or M.Tech as per your career goals and interests.
