    Being a M.Sc in Microbiology pass out you have two main defined disciplines to pursue a career I.e. Education and Research. With a M.Sc degree you can apply to teach in various institutions or you may write to qualify NET for the posts of lectureship.
    Research is another huge domain that you may enter but for this one would require a doctoral program in a specific topic based on your interest.
