MS in the subject related to your B.Sc. General would be preferable. Also, you can try for internships in a field related to your B.Sc Degree in Canada along with your MS as you have teaching experience, you may apply for B.Ed in Canada and become a teacher there and settle directly after B.Ed. Ther
