The Bachelor of Culinary Arts and Catering Technology (BCT & CA), the Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT), and other Diploma programs like the Diploma in Food & Beverage Service and the Diploma in Culinary Arts are among the important courses. The academic knowledge and practical skills required for successful jobs in the hospitality sector are taught in these courses.

At the undergraduate level, the Roots College of Hotel Management and Culinary Arts offers a three-year full-time BCT & CA and a three-year BHMCT course to students. Roots College of Hotel Management and Culinary Arts also provides Global Certified programmes, Career Enhancement Diploma programmes, and various other programmes to students. There are two Career Enhancement Diploma programmes provided to students, namely a Diploma in Soft Skills from Roots Finishing School and a Diploma in French from Alliance Francaise.
