Which courses are related to mechatronics engineering for pursuing masters?

I have completed B.Tech in mechatronics after a three year diploma in same. so i have 6 years of educational qualification. please suggest me some fields related to mechatronics engineering for masters. also i want to know that do german universities consider 3 years btech degree for masters?
