Dear Yashika,
For getting into HR, basic qualification that many organizations are looking is degree in Management with HR certifications.
But I will suggest you to pursue MBA (HR) or PGDM (Post graduate Diploma in HR)
after your graduation for a better HR opportunity.

There is no effective course after 12th, even though plenty of institutes claims to provide basic courses on HR.
I will suggest rather not to go for the same, because what an institution is looking in HR is a basic qualification of graduation (Very Minimum) with knowledge of HR proce
