Which courses can I opt for? Is PGDM COMM as good as PGDM in marketing in terms of placement? I have scored 1780 rank.

You have a great chance of getting either Comm or RM. Communications, as a course, is more oriented towards the advertising sector. So more focus will be on brand creation, brand management etc. However, it is still a marketing course and you will be allowed to sit for all marketing profiles on offer. Companies themselves do not differentiate between courses and will select your only the best, irrespective of the course.
