You can pursue any course that sort of matter if you want, where there is acceptance of management UG or any UG's as for the particular course but I think there are very few courses which accept any UG's. Where there is no acceptance for any UG's means you need to do the particular course UG or Diploma to get into PG. Like for doing MCA, one must have UG in any computer science course only then one can pursue it. Whereas the most open fields are in government competitive sections like Indian Administrative Service (IAS). I strongly recommend you to pursue a management program after BBA, go for PGDM. This is the program which will not only fetch you a fat salary in the corporate world but also will provide you options to work in different fields like marketing, Finance, HRM and even you can work in the field of International Business Management.

First of all, I would like to point out that if you would like to go for post-graduation after BBA, you can go for any course except for the core science fields. BBA is a pretty broad subject similar to commerce and you have a wide range of subjects to choose from. Though, continuing on field of management would be the easier and better choice.
Other than for this, you can take up professional courses like CA, CS, CMA, ACCA, etc. the list is long, or if you would like to change to the field of Arts, y

BBA is a professional course. So, after BBA, you can go for a desired job or can go for higher studies I.e. MBA. Pursuing a MBA degree will broaden your knowledge on business and management and will enhance your skills. If not MBA, you can opt for Law. Nowadays integrated law programs are in high demand.
