    For one to be a doctor, he or she can do the following ; there are various under graduate and post graduate medical courses. The most popular ones that are offered to undergraduate level are MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery), BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery), BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine, and Surgery) and BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery). The time taken to complete these courses is between 4.5 to 5.5 years and annual fee tends to be from INR 50000 to INR 200000.
