i am studying mba 2yr.i take specilization HR @ PRODUCTION.I want to study side courses,which courses is best in my specialization oriented pls guide me

Though MBA is said to be a complete education in itself, but still if you are keen on continuing with your studies, I think PhD and DBA (Doctorate in Business Administration) are good options to choose from.
