Eligibility: For Postgraduate courses, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree where as for diploma; applicants must have passed 12th class. Career Prospects: After completion of courses, you can look forward to careers like merchandising managers, purchasing managers or buyers in the retail industry. As you haven't mentioned your education background, I would suggest you to go for MBA in Retail Management.
