Somaiya College of Arts & Commerce will still enjoy the 'autonomous' status that it has been granted earlier. While the other institutes, S.K. Somaiya College of Arts, Science & Commerce, and K.J. Somaiya College of Science & Commerce, will remain as the University of Mumbai affiliated institutes.
There is a student council too which organizes the events. They have a lot of greenery inside the college so it looks very pretty all round. There are various places you can sit and chill with your friends and have fun. Also for the events they call the big personalities
