<p>MILAGRO is the name of the major intercollegiate cultural event that UVCE hosts.<br>IMPETUS is a national-level technical spectacular that was first introduced in 2001.<br>One occasion when UVCE is giddy, exuberant, and emits happy cheers in all directions is FIESTA.<br>There are also hosted other technological festivals there, such as Inspiron, Kagada, and Impetus.</p>
