Which degree among MBA finance and MBA HR is having a better scope?

Both degree are good, you need to assess your strength and weakness. if you are good at accounts then go for MBA Finance and if not then don't do it otherwise go for MBA HR.

Kirti, both the branches are equally good. Finance can help you get jobs in banking sector. HR being the backbone of an organization, allows the candidate to work for hiring of the workforce, providing development & training, maintaining workforce regulation, assessment of their performance, providing compensation & benefits, motivating, relation with labour, health, welfare and safety assessment. Personally, I feel you should go for MBA HR as we have seen many MBA HR people going to great heights in their career. There are many good B-Schools with ACBSP approval that ate offering MBA with different specializations. Some offer admission strictly on CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ CMAT basis some on their own tests, GDPI, marks in previous qualification apart from these tests.
