Which degree course do I need to pursue after completing MA in English in order to get a job in the teaching field? Do I need to pursue BA?
I am pursuing BCA. I don't want to pursue MCA.

You don't have to pursue BA again as you have completed MA. You can pursue B.Ed and then clear, N-TET, NET, etc.
