Every degree has the same weightage if you study with consciousness, but I think in today's world B.Tech degree is just money making machine for most of the private colleges so don't go for it, instead choose BBA, BCA or B. SC, these all are good and cost effective as well.

You must search for new engineering branches if you want to do engineering.
Apart from this, BBA is a right choice if would like to make your career in the business field, but you must do MBA after BBA.
    B.Sc is also good.
    It is up to you.
I would prefer engineering in a new branch, not civil, mechanical, electrical or computer engineering.
Search for a new branch like metallurgy or material science which is offered by CIPET.

If you look ATIT from a wider perspective, B.Tech as a degree is a bit better than B.Sc. For Science aspirants. The Bachelor of technology is a professional degree with many real world career prospects across a number of technical fields. Furthermore, B.Tech can be completed in a span of 4 years while B.Sc. Takes around 3 years to complete.

According to my knowledge, you should opt B.Tech, because after B.Tech you will get more opportunities ahead in India. Good luck.

It is all about your interest. If you are interested in technical field, then go fo B.Tech, because it's a tough course for many student. BBA is a management field, if you are interested in management field and also wants to do MBA then you can go for BBA. B.Sc is a Science field, which is all about Science you can also go for B.Sc. If you are interested you have so many options are available there like B.Sc in zoology, B.Sc in chemistry, B.Sc in physics and many more. So, choose the subject as per your interest.
