Which degree course material is better for UPSC IAS exam preparation OR SSC CGL general studies preparation?

I am currently studying in 2nd sem of B.SC. (cs-math-phy). But i am unable to study phy. and math properly. In short, i dont like both these subjects. so after 2nd sem exam i want to leave this course and want to take admission in b.a. now i want to know that this decision would be good or not
