Which degree/Diploma would be better for making career in teaching after completing D.Ed and D.El.Ed?
I have done my 12th with 50% and I have completed my BA.

You should get degree in the branch or subject you are interested in teaching, if you are not interested in a particular subject and you are teaching it then it becomes boring for the students and the future of students diminishes.
