Which degree gives IT sector jobs for arts background students?

Hello Bishnu,
For arts and sciences group students, you need to have a degree in either BCA or B.Sc in computer science. As these fields are related to IT sector, you may get jobs easily in an IT firm.
You are advised to do MCA or M.Sc in computer science so as to increase your job opportunities.
