Both are of equal value in physical education there are less posts but competition also less and in B.Ed that is teaching job there are more vacancies but candidates are also more. So go according to your interest.

With a B.P.Ed degree you have more opportunities to work as Teacher, Assistant Professor, Sports Manager, Physical Therapist, Physical Education Trainer, Health Educator, Coach or Fitness Instructor. Whereas B.Ed. Is purely a professional degree for the teaching profession.
