A bachelor's degree (preferably in business or HR) is best before pursuing an MBA (HR). For the MBA (HR), choose an AICTE-approved PGDM or university MBA with HR specialization. GIBS Bangalore is a top choice for this path.

Hi, you can go for a bachelor's degree in related fields like business administration, management, psychology, sociology or any other fields that aligns with your professional interests. This will indeed help you in creating a strong foundation for you to pursue MBA later on.
