    B.COM H is better.
    You are given an overview of the subjects in B.COM P while are taught in depth, about the subjects in case of B.COM H.
    You can specialize in subjects like Accounting or Economics with B.COM H which is not possible in the pass course.
    The industry demand for the suggested course is relatively more so pick it with CA.
