Which degree one will get at Assam Engineering College after completing Engineering through JLEE after a Diploma?

Whether a student joins an engineering college as a fresher in first year or directly in second year as lateral admission, the student is going to get same degree. Normally speaking, institutions having authority to award degree and have only engineering stream award B.Tech like IIT's. However, when one studies in a college affiliated to a university that awards degrees in multiple disciplines degree obtained is of BE. Best wishes to you.
