Which degree should I pursue? Can I pursue BCom?
I have completed 12th with 67.8% with subjects - Economics, Hindi, English, Home Science, Geography and Physical Education as optional.

With 67% in 12th, you can go for BA in whichever specialisations you like for graduation. Apart from BA, yes you can also go for B.Com. There are many good private and government colleges in India that allows admission for B.Com with more than 60% in 12th.
