Which degree should I pursue further as I'm working in production planning field from past 4 years- MBA or PGDM? What is the difference?
I have done my Bachelors in engineering with mechanical branch.

MBA is a university course and PGDM is a diploma course. Both of them have opportunities. Some of the employers prefer MBA students and some prefer PGDM. Go through the syllabus and then take a decision.
