I have completed B.Com with 55% and working with a hospital for 10 years.

Your qualification dose not match with your current working Industry, until if you are working with Hospital Finance Department.

You should go for Hospital Administration course like MHA. You can do it in correspondence from IGNOU or Sikkim Manipal University.
