Which Diploma course has a better scope in India and abroad, front office associate, food and beverage associate or multi cuisine chef?

8 years agoIn hotel business - chefs and the food/beverage experts are the one of the highest paid staffs. They have a great scope everywhere. The front office managements comes in the next category.
Any diploma, degree or MBA from India will only help in getting jobs in Indian hotels. But, if you have plans to work abroad, you have to qualify with that country's degree/diploma to get job there.
Australia, Canada has good scope. USA & UK are also good but the supply ratio is more than the demand there. So, unless you are really good, it is going to be very hard to sustain.
