Which Diploma course related to computer hardware can my friend do without completing matriculation?
Due to some personal reasons, my friend could not do his matriculation. He has 10+ years of experience in computer hardware. He is working as a freelancer. He wants a good job with a steady career.

You can do DCA without completing matriculation.
