Which Diploma should I do? I am not good in financial terms. I have passed my 2nd PUC in 49 in PCMC section.
I don't know Hindi language.

According to your result performance, you are not good in science stream, or if you select Diploma for further study then it will be so tough for you and you will not succeed in it, so my suggestion is that stop thinking about it and go for some another course in which, you can do your best and unde

You can choose BCA+MCA which will equivalent to B.Tech CSE.
