Provisional seat allotment letter:
Original admit card of JEE Mains:
One passport size photograph same as on the JEE Main application form. JEE Main 2015 Score Card issued by CBSE. (Downloaded once are accepted). Proof of photo ID issued by either central government or state government. Or last at
