Which documents are required to apply for BCA at New Horizon College Kasturinagar?

<p>At the time of filling the application form for BCA course at New Horizon College, Kasturi Nagar campus, candidates are required to upload a set of scanned documents in the prescribed format. Once candidates get the confirmation of their seats, they have to upload all the following important documents:</p><ul><li>Class 10/ SSLC Marks Card &ndash; Original + 2 sets of photocopy</li><li>Class 11/ I PUC Marks Card &ndash; Original + 2 sets of photocopy</li><li>Class 12/ PUC Marks Card &ndash; Original + 2 sets of photocopy</li><li>Transfer Certificate with caste/category mentioned &ndash; Original + 2 sets of photocopy</li><li>Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC Candidates ( For Karnataka students only)</li><li>Photographs &ndash; 6 passport-size + 4 stamp size</li><li>Anti-ragging Affidavit on a Stamp Paper worth INR 20/-</li></ul><p><strong><em>Note:</em></strong><em>&nbsp;Candidates who have passed from the boards/university other than the Karnataka PU board shall submit migration certificate as well (original + 2 sets of photocopies).</em></p>
