<p>The documents required for CMAT application form filling for MBA admission at RGPV are as follows:</p><ul><li>Recent passport size photo (colour with white background)&nbsp;</li><li>Scanned signature on a white paper</li><li>Scanned copy of photo ID card such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID card, Passport</li><li>Class 10 marksheet&nbsp;</li><li>Class 12 marksheet</li><li>Graduation marksheet</li><li>PG degree mark sheet (if applicable)</li><li>Bank details Candidates belonging to the Reserved category are required to upload a caste certificate and candidates belonging to the PwD category have to upload a Certificate for the same. They also need to upload a scribe Certificate to avail the facility on the exam day. These Certificate formats can be downloaded from the CMAT website.</li></ul>
