Which documents have to be uploaded in the CG PET application form?

<p>Candidates will have to upload scanned documents in the CG PET application. A recent colour passport-size photograph has to be uploaded by the candidates along with their signature. It is to be noted that the signature should be done on a white background. Both documents have to be uploaded successfully for the application form to be submitted. If the candidates are not able to upload their documents in the application form, then they should immediately contact the authorities.</p>
