    Caste Certificate

    Passport Size Photo

    MBBS/BDS/BE/BCA Mark Sheet

    MBBS degree/Passing certificate

    Internship completion certificate from University or the Head of the Institution

    Permanent/Provisional Registration certificate of Maharashtra Medical Council or other State Medical Councils in India

    Certificate from Head of Institute showing that the Medical College/Institute is recognised by NMC (Medical Council of India)

    Medical Fitness Certificate

    Copy of Receipt of online fee payment

    College Leaving/Transfer certificate

    Migration certificate

    Caste certificate and validity certificate

    Non-Creamy Layer
