Hi, Only University of Delhi: Department of Social Work, New Delhi offers MSW in Delhi University. Admission to the Department of Social Work is open to both men and women having completed a Bachelor's Degree programme of 3 years duration from a recognized University. The eligibility criteria for admissions to the year 2011 12 are as follows: a) Any person with a Bachelors Degree or its equivalent (under the 10+2+3 year) in any discipline with minimum 55% marks from recognized university is eligible to apply. b) B.A. (H) Social Work student with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized University are eligible to apply. c) Those candidates who are appearing in the final year examination of the Bachelors degree are also eligible to apply subject to the qualification listed above. d) Candidates belonging to SC/ST shall be eligible as per Delhi University rules to pass with the minimum marks. e) PWD candidates shall be allowed 5% relaxation in the eligibility requirement. Before applying for admission, the candidate should ensure that the minimum eligibility requirements are met and that he/she has attained the age of twenty years on or before the first day of October of the year in which admission is sought. Candidates whose result for the qualifying examination is awaited may also apply provisionally. They must submit a copy of their result latest by August 31, 2012 failing which the offer of admission shall stand cancelled. All the best.
