Which eligibility exam do I need to write to get admission in this college among CAT and XAT and what is its cut-off?

I've just finished my graduation & searching for a good MBA college. After a lot of research, I've found BIMM which suits my budget & is known for its recognition & placements. But unfortunately, I haven't written any entrance exams like CAT which is why I'll be writing them this year.
