Which engineering branch and campus will I get with a rank of 15k in VITEEE in the 1st phase of counseling?

I don't want to pay a hefty amount as the fee.

With 15k rank you may not get the main campus of Vellore. If you can pay more fees then you can get the Vellore campus. You can get admission for chemical, civil, mechanical, etc. in the Chennai campus with your rank.
