Which engineering branch has better career prospects among ECE, IT CSE and Software?

I got good marks in C.S.(90 marks) and Maths(91 marks) in 12th class.

    I think ECE would be the best. Because this is the only branch where you can find govt. as well as private jobs! You can appear in the IES exam also with this branch & there a lot of companies out there. Gud Luck. :)

    Go for EE (Electronics Engineering), there are lots of jobs after that.Best of luck !

    CSE is a good branch where in there is a wide scope of job opportunities too. But a lot depends upon your interest also because you can perform best in a stream of your interest . Check details of academics like platform, workshops, exposure, placements, faculty etc and choose a college with care.You are liable to get a heavy scholarship based on your IIXth marks.     Choose a branch of your interest and not by thinking about the scope of the branch. Every branch has scope if you are good at it.
