I recommend B.Sc IT and B.Sc CS, as the most popular and in demand branches of engineering, but remember that, scope of a branch also depends on the region where you are willing to work.

Engineering as whole is an opportunity, irrespective of any branch. If a person is passionate and loves the subject he/she choose, then definitely he/she will dig a lot of scope for themselves. But, if you want to pursue engineering only for the degree, then the top branch will also trouble you. So, it depends what you love because you know your strengths better.
Below mentioned are the core branches:
    1. Mechanical.
    2. Civil.
    3. Computer science.
    4. Electrical.
    5. Electronics.
    Best of luck.

Career opportunities varies in different branches every year based on market demand, technology changes, skill gaps, geopolitical and economics parameters. Currently, scope and opportunities are maximum in CSE and ECE.
