Which engineering branch has more placement percentage, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering?

Well, each and every branch in engineering is good, we can't compare them. Just there are a few differences like mechanical, electrical and civil are evergreen branches but CS, IT and EC have high placement records.
Other than this, you may also take chemical, metallurgy, mechatronics, etc.
So, choose a suitable branch.

According to me, mechanical engineering has more placement opportunities because mechanics is almost everywhere right from household machines to automobile to heavy industrial machinery.
