    EEE: In EEE the competition is not very tough and the availability of jobs too are good. Electrical graduates are employed in Electricity Boards/Utility companies responsible for installation, maintenance, operation of power handling equipment and systems. Industries manufacturing large electrical machines and equipment employ engineers in design, production and testing. For individuals dreaming of JTO(Junior Training Officer), DRDO(Defence Research and Development Organisation), ISRO(Indian Space Research Organisation) and GATE, EEE is not a good choice.     Hi Adarsh, It depends on you, you are the only correct person to analyse your own Interest, Aptitude. I feel, here my responsibility is just to guide you about prospects of each stream. Well, the future prospects of the EEE graduates are very wide and bright. The demand for environmentally friendly power generation, more sophisticated electrical and electronic devices, and cheaper and smarter products mean there is a lot of work for Electrical Engineers.     Both the branches have equal opportunities to get a good job and the rest depends on how you study your engineering and enhance your skill so that those can be used in your work area.

    Both have their own scope and salary. EEE can lead to Govt Electrical sector jobs as well Core Electronics Job in industry. Whereas in ECE you can ho for Core Electronics or IT jobs as well
