Which engineering branch has the most scope in the future?

Engineering has scope in every field today. All the branches of engineering are equally good. What matters is your interests and aptitude for that engineering stream. ECE: Students can handle various professional assignments as Software Developers, VLSI Designers, Embedded Engineers and RF Engineers in electronics, telecommunication, IT industry in government, semi-government and private sector. CSE and IT: Students can attain technical positions as Developers, Design Engineers, Solution Integrators, Network Administrators, Database Administrators, Software Testers, Web and Mobility Engineers in a variety of computing domains such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, robotics, graphic solutions, simulations and cloud computing at leading companies like Accenture, HCL, Wipro Technologies, Cognizant, TCS, LG Soft, Tech Mahindra and Infosys. MECH: Students can handle various engineering projects such as Project Engineer, Production Engineer, Designer, Supervisor in various manufacturing units in private and government organisations such as railways, BHEL, ONGC and SAIL. CIVIL: Students can handle various civil engineering projects such as designing, supervision and construction of roads, building, bridges, canals, airports, dams, sewerage plants and railways. EEE: Students can handle various professional assignments as Software Developers, Junior Engineer, Embedded Engineers and Power System Engineers in electrical, electronics and IT industry in government, semi-government and private sector. Bio and food: Students can attain technical positions as Production Engineers, Quality Control Analyst in food and chemical industry. Automobile: Students can work as project engineer, production engineer, designer and supervisor in various automobile manufacturing companies like Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Hyundai and Ford as well as can join government sector by qualifying competitive exams other than agriculture, aerospace, electronics, chemical, genetics, etc.

Engineering is like a box with lots of items [branches] where each item having it's own uniqueness. As of now we can see that before four years the boom for IT is very low in our country and now IT sector is having the boom. One cannot declare that this side of engineering will lead the future but we can estimate it from the past and present trends of the engineering sectors working. In my point of view, at present there are so many startups are appearing into society which are willing to rise the country's economy and development. IT is playing the lead role as of now but in future what will happen. If only IT companies will there in future then what about designing companies, hardware designing and product development companies without them the economy of the country will fall. so there are so many questions that are not answered till now. It is better to go with any one f the domain in engineering and go on learning different things you are interested is very likely to workout in future. Instead of depending only one field, one can do one course in under graduation and by learning different things and appear for new course in post graduation will help to grow in two different domains. IT is every where, Civil engineering is every where, Mechanical engineering is every where, Electronics,electrical and communication engineering is every where and deals same with all domains. Where ever you see all these domains in engineering work together. All are needed to create something innovative. We just need to wait and experience what ever we do for the future engineering.
