Which engineering branch is best for getting good packages and placement at LPU, Jalandhar?

Well that depends on your interest that which programme could lead you to good amount of success. Dear Daman, All the engineering branches are good in terms of placements. Coming to the packages, the CSE branch got the highest package of 42 LPA. Talking about the other branched, they got offers between 10 LPA- 42 LPA. Right from Google to Apple, students of LPU are working worldwide. I will enlist a few names of companies to brand that visit LPU for placements and alumni are working, also, where my friends work: Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Cognizant, Leadsquared, BOSCH, Concentrix, IBM, Accenture, Infosys, TCS, Trident Group, Infineon, KPMG, Colgate-Palmolive, Morgan Stanley, Hindustan Unilever Ltd, and the list still goes on. LPU provides placement classes to all the students from the very first year who opt for the placement. With the help of this, they can prepare themselves for placements till the pre-final year because the companies will start visiting for the recruitment of students from a pre-final year. As far as I know, every engineering branch at LPU is the best in terms of everything, LPU has s [ecial division of placement cell and dedicated Division of Career Services (team of roughly 40 people) and faculty/staff from the parent School, LPU provides adequate possibilities for each and every qualified student to gain successful placement. Students are given PEP classes for placement. They're trained and provided a variety of short-term courses from geek for geeks, coding ninja, etc. Where students get to learn and grow. They're also trained for an interview, GD mock tests, given lots of material to prepare from, and many other things. Besides that, The students also work on live projects, so that they are able to apply their knowledge to practical settings. Coming to the packages, the CSE branch got the highest package of 42 LPA.
