Which engineering branch is better among automobile and mechatronics in terms of jobs?

Mechatronics is a new branch in engineering. It is a combination of mechanical and electronics engg. Most of the important subjects of electronics and mechanical engg are included in this course.
As per scope is concerned Mechatronics has wonderful future ahead. As most of the manufacturing industries are beginning to get automised requirement of mechanical engineers with the thourogh knowledge in electronics will be preferred. Moreover in designing and functioning of aircrafts these engineers are going to be employed in a big deal in future. Ayush, don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies.
